The population of pts are rough; frequent overdoses, pts are rough/verbal abusive and require strict boundaries. Coworkers were great, awesome team work. Security present sometimes not assertive as should be required. Management was subpar, resources guidance typically alongside coworkers , two assistant managers are good resources and helpful with filling in call offs/ short staffing shifts. Requires white boards. Pt nurse ratio 1:4-6 rarely 7. Holds/tranfers usually few and stay overnight regularly.
