Pros
good caseload, small community, nice people to work with
Cons
a little high in surrounding towns, public transport isn't great, you'll probably need a car to get around

Could be better, could be worse
Not a terrible place to work, lots of things are very outdated. No phlebotomy at all— nurses do 100% of blood draws. If you work nights and need an IV for a difficult stick, you are screwed. No one does ultrasound insertion. No voceras, you get clunky old walkie talkies. No tube station, you will walk down to lab and pharmacy multiple times per shift. Some doctors are kind, others are not. Night shift hospitalists difficult to work with. Pay is ok.
