Updates physician preference cards and provides in-services, training of roles, and orientation of existing or new Cath Lab staff. Oversees and directs the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients. Coordinator must be solution oriented, leads the team / staff by example, and communicates directly with the CNC or Charge Person to maintain a smooth flow and operation of cases and delivery of care.
