Loved the people I’ve worked with! Staff was incredible. You have some difficult surgeons, but that’s anywhere you go. Some frustrating things were equipment failures, incorrect supplies + instruments picked for cases, non-updated pick lists for surgeon preferences, terrible attitude by surgeons. Management was also a mess (or lack thereof), not approachable at all.

I enjoy working with the staff. I have completed 2 contracts here, equalling a year each time. For the most part, people will help you if you ask. The staff and lower management are the reasons why I keep returning. Some of the higher management and doctors can be challenging. However, I think that happens in most locations.
