Very numbers/money focused. Large PCT ratios 16:1. Difficult to deliver safe care. Got out as soon as my contract ended.

Not a good place to work, at least not in case management

Extremely disorganized. Hire you on then try to change your entire schedule, short your hours, ask you to do unsafe practices and gaslight you if you stand up for your patients. The worst hospital I've ever worked at.
