If you like to bully others you will fit right in. If you’re a healthcare professional who doesn’t treat patients like numbers you will find it difficult not to provide exceptional care. The employees will make condescending remarks for how you work, how fast or slow you work, how you interact with others and just about anything you do. Great place to learn and that’s it. It’s best to enter this facility KNOWING that majority of the employees will try to deter your improvements and learning. As long as you build good rapport with people in higher positions you will be fine. Speak up about unjust treatment and you will be accommodated for.
