Lack of MGMT caring about pt safety.  They more care about the turnover times and getting as many cases through daily disregarding pt status or readiness.  Basically get prepared to protect your RN license because they will not help protect you.

Rough MGMT

They have no problem with working you short and it’s still a power trip going on its sad how they treat hard workers this is why most of us go to agencies

Wouldn’t send my dog there for help
