I would say 3 west the people are nice and helpful despite the ratio more so for the aides. Patient population is heavy physically and sometimes medical but you have support from fellow nurses , MD supervisor and educator at night at well. Compensation is better than most places in Boston.

Physical Therapist Assistant Needed for Spaulding Hospital Per Diem Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to patients who have impairments, functional limitations or disabilities resulting from injury, disease or other causes. Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team. Educate patient, families and others as directed by the Physical Therapist. Coordinate technical, environmental and financial resources effectively and efficiently.
