I would say 3 west the people are nice and helpful despite the ratio more so for the aides. Patient population is heavy physically and sometimes medical but you have support from fellow nurses , MD supervisor and educator at night at well. Compensation is better than most places in Boston.

Education/Degree Required 
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensure Required

Practice in collaboration with other members of interdisciplinary team. Educate patients, families and others. Direct and supervise support personnel. A high level of expertise in ventilator and tracheostomy management and sophisticated diagnostic procedures is required.
