Hot mess.
Block schedule. Everyone works 7 shifts a pay period. They wont ever pay overtime. Everyome jjst works at their desk no real break They will will try to.get away with you working out of ratio or assigning MST nurses step-down or icu patients. Completed system for calling doctors. Good luck getting someone from midnight to 6am. Computer charting is heinous. Way too many pop-ups in omnicell and in the charting software
