PCU was 1:3 but it could go up to 4. Shared unit with their ICU. Traveler friendly when I worked there.

MS floor 1:6. When they’re low staff there’s no back up crew so charge nurses takes up their own patient load. Relatively small hospital, level 3. You get what you get. Not as advanced as other hospitals. Initially managers were easy and nice to talk to but as you get close to your end date, they don’t respond to you.
