Most of the ER staff are wonderful to work with. Obici ER has some amazing employees but the 'clique' culture is very prominent. Management shows favoritism and if you aren't in that category, you will be easily looked over.

ED - Emergency Department

What I enjoyed the most was working with an excellent team of RNs, LPNS, NPs,, NCPs and AAs. The ratio of patients to nurse should be lower than 6:1 because of the acuity. Working this oncology unit was among the hardest I have worked. More needs to be done for staffing, supplies and breaks. I stayed because I enjoyed working with such a professional and loyal staff.

Terrible place. Mean girl vibes ALL THE TIME! Lowest pay I’ve ever seen. No evening differential. Managers biased and pick sides instead of being neutral. Nurses who have been there before you are so rude and nasty to newer staff. If I can give zero rating I would!!!!!!!!!
