Staff is petty, CNAs are straight up mean to travelers with no recourse, ratios are 1:3 all the time in ICU no matter how sick your pt is, PA/NPs overnight are nice and easy to deal with but docs on day shift are unpleasant, do not value RN feedback, do not want to be spoken to. I don't think I would go back. This is the only contract I haven't requested an extension for.
