Pros
Staff was kind to travelers. Managers worked with schedules. They have a great cafeteria and a starbucks
Cons
Downtown site previously had Sonrise charting which was horrible. I worked PCU, unit was a mess and old.

Lots of variation between units. Some unit managers were fantastic, some not so much. 1 hour lunch (30 minutes unpaid) so that you were guaranteed 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks. My guess is that they had been sued in the past for not paying staff when they didnt get lunch or something similiar. Would definitely work the Med Surg Oncology again for good rate (over $3k on 36). Always had safe ratios and good ancililary staff. Did not extend due to drop in rate of $600/week. Hospital said rates stayed the same, agency ghosed me when I questioned rate drop. Meanwhile they were closing units throughout the hospital due to lack of staff (beginning of year 2023). Not interested now as the rates have dropped considerably since last year, guarantee the workload hasnt dropped that much. Cafeteria was very good
