This hospital had an entire night shift med surg unit of new grads. The most experienced “charge nurse” there had just finished her nurse residency. It was dangerous. I saw an RN try to give an IM injection using a filter needle, and another one drape a foley over the bedrail before insertion so she “could reach it better”. I canceled my contract early.
