Level 4 maternity center filled with updated protocols and procedures. All of our patients are high risk status, with few being “normal”births. Ranging from antepartum (14 rooms), labor(13 rooms, 3 are water births rooms) and 3 OB ICU rooms. 4 OR rooms, 6 bed recovery bay, 10 bed OB emergency department. In house lifeline (critical care transport team). 40 bed postpartum unit. And level 4 newborn nicu attached to a level 1 pediatric hospital. I learned a lot of new and exciting practices from fetal surgery to labor positioning. Truly the best of the best, just didn’t pay as well. Life as a single adult won’t survive on their budget.

Shift Requirements: 4x12s ONLY, will be required to work EVERY weekend, Holiday availability REQUIRED, NO RTO

Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, RRT, NRP (req for those placed in L&amp;D, determined by the client, traveler can obtain once offered) Indiana State License
PALS preferred

Skillset Requirements: NICU, PICU, Vents 18 months minimum experience required, Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton G5

Floating Requirements: May be assigned to PICU, NICU, and Peds, and floating to any of the 3 specialties can occur. May also float to IU Health North Hospital


Minimum Experience Required: 18 months of recent NICU or PICU experience required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; TRAUMA 1 EXPERIENCE IN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN LAST YEAR REQUIRED

Unit Information: NICU or PICU experience required. Home unit of NICU, PICU, or Peds will be assigned once at the facility but can be changed based on the need of the facility.
