Neat area to travel to.
Cons
As an ICU traveler I barely worked in ICU. They hired so many ICU travelers and we were floated to every unit in the hospital including med surg and ER. If you didn’t stand up for yourself and your contract, they put you wherever they could and gave inappropriate patient ratio assignments. I was even pulled to different units in the middle of my shift before I could even finish rounds and chart, so I would end up chatting on 8 different patients by the end of my shift. Worst hospital I’ve ever worked for. People were nice, but it sucked…
