      <h2>Job Description</h2>
      <p>American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient role requiring at least one year of experience and a current BLS certification.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Position is based in an outpatient department at a critical access hospital with a Level IV trauma designation</li><li>Therapy services include outpatient, acute care, skilled nursing facility, wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric specialties</li><li>Clinician will float as needed to inpatient and SNF settings within scope</li><li>Patients of all ages and diagnoses are served in this department</li><li>Use of Epic EMR is required</li><li>Day shift schedule is 5x8 hours, typically 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with some weekend shifts required</li><li>Clinicians are expected to float between all facility buildings within the state to meet patient care needs</li><li>First-time travelers are accepted for this position</li><li>Returning employees must have been separated for at least 3 months and live more than 50 miles from the facility</li><li>Facility-provided housing and rental vehicle available exclusively for the traveler during assignment; no pets allowed and family members require special approval</li><li>Vehicle provided must only be used within a 30-mile radius and may not be taken off-road</li><li>Scrub color is flexible or business casual attire is acceptable</li><li>Free parking provided on site</li><li>Requested time off (RTO) must be addressed at the time of application; post-submission RTO requests may be denied</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Current AK Physical Therapy license required; license required if applicable</li><li>At least 1 year of recent relevant PT experience in a similar setting</li><li>BLS certification required</li><li>Experience using Epic EMR required</li><li>Must provide valid driver’s license and proof of insurance to operate facility vehicle</li><li>Two recent supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty are required</li><li>SSN and Date of Birth required for consideration</li><li>COVID and Flu vaccination may be required</li></ul>
