Great team to work with but 
labcorp cancelled my contract last minute and was left with no job for a month. Cancelled contract because they hired a permanent replacement which never showed up on the day of.

The culture was amicable, good team work, at one point the nurses had their own tech (that was really nice!) Being floated to other units was common. The staff was very helpful when needing to navigate how things are done. The vibe was really light. Would definitely recommend for travelers.

No phlebotomy, limited resources, charge RN usually has a full patient load, no PCU/IMC - so these patients are mixed in on med/surg, no secretary on day/night, very few techs, RN does all initial vitals, uses travel nurses as their own float pool,

I worked at this facility for over a year… Let me start by saying each unit is a little different, so my experience lies within the MedSurg units. Ratio is always 1:6, and this facility recently let go of all of their phlebotomy staff. So be prepared to draw all of your own labs, in addition to the medication passes and assessments and other nursing interventions required of you. If you want to be a staff nurse there, be prepared to be micromanaged with inadequate pay. I hear they pay travelers much better though. Lots of supply issues there too… I can’t remember how many times I could not find the vital sign machine when I needed one. Some of the rooms have paint peeling off the walls, but apparently the CNO makes over a half million dollars/year (🙃). If you’re going to work at this facility, all I can say is good luck!
