There have been multiple mass exoduses of RTs since 2020, with management constantly pointing the finger at staff vs looking inward. Tons of gaslighting and toxic behaviors. Management also will pin staff against each other to continue to elevate the drama.

Shift: Weekend Days 
Pay: $36.19 - $54.28 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders. 
 - Current certification with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Speech Pathology.
 - Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. LS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
