Pros
Great small critical access hospital. It’s growing and developing into bigger things. It’s got a lot of potential! They do incentive their employees for experience, degrees, certifications.
Cons
Administration doesn’t really solve problems. They kind of brush things under the rug either because they don’t care or because they don’t know how to solve the issue. It’s a lot of small town vibes so if you know the right someone your getting the job, or your getting away with not doing your job correctly. Honestly if they removed most of administration and got people in there that knows how to run a business and doesn’t let things slide. This places could be amazing.
