Hospital had recent changes and new owners so it is still changing policy and staffing. Postpartum can be reasonable with ratios, but sometimes the management decides that staff are forced to take 2 or 3 times the recommended safe patient ratios. This is not based on being short staffed, just on hospital greed. Manager is nice but very few people are held accountable for what they do, or don't do.
