The unit is wonderful! The nurses are great as well as the patients. Problem is I keep getting put on call here. I am not getting my guaranteed hours or compensation for stipends due to this. But the facility when I’m working is really great! They do use Cerberus charting, which stinks. But overall the unit is fantastic! Very traveler friendly.

Best way to get in is through the residency program. I don’t care for their “on call” policy for full time staff. If I’m full time why would you put me on call and then not pay me since I’m full time? Then if they need help on a different day and and offer incentive they can still put you on call…. Very strange way of staffing.
