Morris County Hospital (Council Grove, KS 66846) Council Grove KS The traveler will work ER and MEDSURG!!! The staff will switch units throughout the week and float to different units but there is typically 2 RNs, 1 LPN, and 1-2 CNAs. ER fluctuates in volume but has 4 beds. Med Surg ratio is 1:4-5. There may be times the hcp could be used on L&amp;D as helping hands but ONLY if the traveler is comfortable with this. There will always be an L&amp;D RN working so hcp would not be alone if ever helping on that unit. This is critical access PLEASE ensure candidates will be comfortable working ER and MedSurg before submitting. BLS / ACLS / PALS required.
