The unit I worked on was very toxic. The manager doesn't let you advance yourself if you want to transfer to a higher position. The staff were very unprofessional, and they like to micromanage the staff even if you're an experienced nurse. The work load is very heavy, and they don't take into consideration acuity when making assignments for nurse ratios for what they are paying. Not worth it for me
