13 week contract: I extended this contract 3 times. Staff is very friendly, and helpful. Management and executive team were very supportive, while communicating scheduling needs and expectations effectively. Compensation was wonderful, this is a college town, so housing was easy to find, and hotels are in abundance.

McLaren Greater Lansing jobs

Responsible for the delivery of respiratory therapy and patient care following physician’s orders, hospital policies and procedures; and departmental standards of care and standards of practice. Responsibilities: Performs therapeutic and diagnostic pulmonary and cardiovascular procedures.Evaluates patient/resident response to respiratory therapy and takes appropriate corrective action.Provides education to patients and staff regarding respiratory procedures, equipment operation, and safety precautions.Performs routine maintenance and service checks on equipment.Maintains records, reports, and other documentation related to the work.

Submission Requirements
2+ years of experience - Required Ventilator, Bipap, ICU, ER, and ABG trained therapist - RequiredACLS - Preferred

BLS

State License Requirements
Michigan

Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
     on bill rates over $40/hr
OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular
     rates
Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial
     extension. 
McLaren's local traveler policy is to reduce
     the travel rate by 10%.  Anyone with a permanent address within a 35
     mile radius of facility is considered a local traveler.
Dress Code:  Brown Scrubs, can obtain onsite. EMR:  Cerner
