Pros
Most people in the community were extremely friendly, most providers who work here were good providers I felt.
Cons
Extremely toxic work environment when they came to other nursing staff and ancillary staff. I felt the emergency room was extremely under equipped and outdated there certification was out a date they had hanging on the wall. The way they document medications is tedious. It is a process to chart the medication they don’t have any type of electric dispersing system however they want you to scan meds and the patient wristband. The room that they provided me to sleep in the super bright and hard to sleep during the day, the walls are extremely thin, and it was very noisy during the day.
Not recommended bad experience
No teamwork all agency and everyone fights cuz so much stress. Supplies always running out. Hospital in debt and going under to the point where nurse have to bring own cups or charged for using styrofoam cups
