Pros

If you're with a staffing agency you get weekly pay. Cafeteria food is amazing.

Cons

The DON and the security team there are a daily nightmare. There is also a lot of favoritism between the hire ups and employees. The man who started the hospital would be ashamed with how it is being ran today.
