Terrible place to work. Not travel friendly. Management is terrible and unfair. Staff is difficult to work with. No respect for personal belongings... If you don't take a break per management you have to have a form signed by charge RN. And even then, management does not want to approve pay. Management finds any excuse not to pay....Can write more about how terrible this facility is, but not much space. Do not recommend this facility.

Poor management communication, with inconsistency with scheduling.  The facility should work on diversity to promote a better work ethics.
