Good: The nurses are kind, they have relief nurses, and Patient ratios are usually good. 

Bad: Travelers get floated often, even after 4 or 8 hours of work. No manager to report to on a particular floor and no clear communication with travelers. They may give you the harder or busier assignments and not offer help. Some charge nurses don’t help ( especially this Filipino lady that never helped but only micro managed everything even when she sees your busy )

PCT, nurse, managers, patients, upper leadership. All bad. Wait until the currently leadership cycles through before you set foot here
