The staff RN's were very welcoming and willing to help travelers. Also, they would help with your assigned patients if you were busy with a critical by passing meds or obtaining labs. Management was easy to work with regarding the days I needed off and the days I wanted to work. Too often, there were not enough nusrse tech/aids which made the job quite difficult at times. Also, it wasn't uncommon to have as many as 8-12 patients.
