Halifax Health – Medical Center of Port Orange is an 80 bed hospital with 8 intensive care unit beds, four operating room suites and 20 emergency department exam rooms. Many major medical and surgical services are available including radiology services and a full service laboratory. Our Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and provides a seamless transition of care, if critical care services are needed such as our Level II Trauma Center, OB Emergency Department and Comprehensive Stoke Center, to Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach. Our  highly trained emergency physicians and nurses treat most emergencies on-site.
