Did evenings, some people got away with doing nothing. Never gave any overtime, put you on call but refuse to call you and skip over your name to pick someone they want unless they refuse then forced to call you. Most techs are nice and easy to get along with, but some are lazy and get away with it. Morning shifts are too busy. They give 16 hour shift which is exhausting

You are just a number. They don’t care about heir staff. Instead of hiring new staff they will let you drown. We were understaffed every night. I liked my coworkers but other than that the facility and lead ship sucks

Horrible

The staffing is terrible, nurse to  patient ratios is terrible, no fair assignments, they do not prioritize when it’s come to patients safety, it was a bad experienced.
