While everything is convenient to find and work around, the compensation for the area could be increased. The cost of living to find a hotel vs housing rentals is higher than expected. 
The work environment left some to be desired as well. There was little to no Radiologist support to back you. There was no tech support either. The expectation was for the tech to work with no tech aid mostly alone and to try to stay on an outpatient schedule of every half hour and work in ER and IP exams as well. Also, the 
ER orders MRIs with no other imaging and no basis for the orders. I am always curious how insurances will pay this.

Toxic work culture. Even friendly nurses are not team players. Management is a joke. You’ve heard of the “Profits Over Patients” articles? They’re facts. They steadily try to increase ratios even though their ratios are already harming patients. If you disagree and stand up for yourself, they’ll just fire you. Lots of inexperienced nurses AND providers. A very dangerous game.

We offer the fastest ER Wait Times in Bay County.
