They had me working every weekend which got old. Some nights they didn’t have a respiratory therapist which was hard when there were vented or bipap patients. No doctor on at night have to page a doc who was off campus and most often in a completely different state. The ER doc on nights was busy with ER patients so no doc on campus to help in a emergent situation. SCARY. Otherwise the people and culture were good. Just bare bones for staff on night shift.
