Staff was traveler friendly and it’s mainly neuro and trauma some vascular but all I’m all loved working there

ICU frequently floated out of unit to either PCU or Med Surg.  Kept no more than a 1:3 ratio when pulled.  Staff mostly friendly.  Present for 6 months.  No goodbyes from staff

Never any aides, certain floors are absolutely toxic.

The staff on my assigned floor were not traveler friendly.
