I can't group every employee there in the same group. But the toxic ones make it difficult to be there. They are not a facility that adapts to criticism or change. You do more than your average share of work as a tech. And the techs are territorial and bullies. I'd never go back there. The environment was toxic. Some of the techs will never offer you a lunch or break. So if you're working 10 hours you'll get a lunch break after the work is done in your room. Don't count on the Ortho techs to give you anything.
