Great environment, nurses are friendly, managers and approachable and understanding. Cost of living around the hospital is reasonable.
Cons
Only one hospitalist at night.

Miss them
The systematic order in place at EMC has a pt movement through the ED process that is smooth and efficient. I miss that structure. Day shift staff is the best. I miss co-workers
