You'll find surgeons across our region at one of our four hospitals or three outpatient centers, who are leaders in their specialties, and a team of skilled and caring professionals committed to providing the highest quality surgical care, close to home.We offer a full range of surgical services in almost every medical specialty - everything from general surgery to treat colorectal cancer, gastroesophageal reflux and hernias, to minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical options. How you'll contribute A Nurse Manager Surgical Services (RN) who excels in this role: <ul><li>Interviews, selects and provides for training of new employees.</li><li>  Independently evaluates and determines work assignments and evaluates job performance; recognizes performances.</li><li>  Adheres to Corrective Action Policy for Employees.</li><li>  Completes daily departmental assignments.</li><li>  Edits and approves time worked in payroll system.</li><li>  Reviews, validates and codes invoices in a timely manner. </li><li>  Adheres to Grievance Policy.</li><li>  Develops and implements department and/or hospital policies relevant to patient safety and overall Strategic Plan of the organization; according to regulations and standards.</li><li>  Develops and implements effective strategic initiatives with positive interpersonal style to guide staff towards the accomplishment of identified objectives and goals.</li></ul> Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
