Pros

Very friendly staff, ratio is 5-6:1 but everyone is helpful and there is a strong sense of "Team" here. P.S. The hospital provides free Utica Coffee for the staff 24/7 in the cafeteria. Trust me, this is an absolute bonus! :)

Cons

No easy way to reach Hamilton from major roads, which slows the commute time.
