Good core staff and management, very limited resources, ancillary staff, and equipment. Most doctors are horrible and neglectful, as they are locum. Nurses have to advocate extensively to uphold patient safety standards. Do not recommend coming here as a new grad traveler. Hospital is low acuity, in an underserved and low income community. Perks are being close to Canada and the Adirondacks, avoid winter here, but the money is good.
