I felt like my shifts were completely awful or great. No in between. There were definitely days I was so overwhelmed that I was in tears. I think this is really more of how travelers are treated compared to staff

Either a great day or terrible day

Signed on for 4 shifts a week last Jan, 2 days before I moved they changed it to 3 shifts a week. Cancelled us 1-2x a week for a month then completely cancelled our contracts.
