The people who work at this facility are dedicated and hard working. It's not an awful place to work. They're very appreciative. The doctors are old in their way of thinking. I would never let anyone I love have surgery here. They are a small community hospital serving a large number of tiny, small towns. They do their best. They do need help. I would go back strictly for the chance to work with the die-hard staff.
