The IMCU is a great place to work. It is traveler friendly, the ratios are good, management is nice and flexible!
Compensation is a one star because I was not staff, and cannot attest to that Section. ￼

Employees have horrible moral.  Surgical techs doing things out of scope of practice.

Poor management horrible employee moral. ….they are miserable
