Let me start with the CFO Apple. She will say all these nice things to you making it seem it is a wonderful place to work. When you hit the floor, the lies are exposed. She isn't for right she is only out for herself. Having others do her dirty work. Believing lies from other staff, having a nurse name Tonnia Crow still working around children when the state found her GULITY of abuse and negligent of a child at the facility on Unit 5 which she still works on, stealing company money for her trips to Nigeria. Any person that is way more intelligent than she is, she will try anyway possible to get you fired. It is her way or no way. Having nurses sign documents including medications when they didn't work that shift or was off. Covered up on POD 3 two teenagers having sexual contact on night shift while the whole staff wasn't on the floor watching those children. Down to the company covering up more than two deaths at this place. Only reason the death of the child getting hit by cars on the freeway trying to escape was because a brave nurse blasted them on social media. What happened to her, they fired her. Down to the physical abuse and verbal abuse of these patients by staff. You report it to ANY higher up including HR nothing is done about it. To writing false reports and false statements and sending them to corporate. Yes, I said it forging your signature. Apple or HR will not give it to the CEO Brady. He would call you in the office. State has been up at that facility over 2000 times and I'm not exaggerating. Overall, the violations and they still haven't fixed the violations. Black mold in all the patients rooms Especially on unit 4 and in the P.O.D. bathrooms are Disgusting in every pod, 1 through 5. Rooms are disgusting 1 through 5. You have supervisors that are males that are sexual sexually harassing. Female employees at this facility, they have reported it to Brady, reported it to apple and reported it to HR, none of higher upper has done anything about it. These male employees are still working at this facility. This place needs to be shut down. I never worked at a facility like this and never wanna be a part of corruption. I care about the kids and adults there. What I refuse to be apart of this. Someone needs to do something the news stations. Somebody needs to go in investigate everything is still on paper.
