Very heavy units with barely any aides or techs available to assist nurses. Know that whenever you work in the weekends, you have to do everything yourself because for some reason the nurses managers don’t make sure to schedule any techs and usually only 1-2 aides are on the unit but more often than not they get pulled to other units like the ICU. So know as an RN you’re on your own completely on the weekends.
