Two managers in charge highly micromanage case managers. Most CM department staff was not traveler friendly. Uninteresting location, but only 20-30 min drive to large city and beautiful  beaches.

Business of the OR is up and down. Everyone must be working at 110% 100% of the time. As soon as it is slow staff are sent home. There is a lot of call and it is extremely rare NOT to work a full shift on call.
