Was not entirely pleased with management. Was treated differently than full time employees, manager told me “they paid me enough” that my overtime was rarely ever going to happen when asked why I couldn’t clock in 5-10 minutes prior to my first patient arrival. (Full time employees were allowed to)   No overtime was ever given. Most of the echo techs were cross trained from vascular. Did however enjoy the area, the lead tech was very accommodating. The hospital was friendly and echo lab was fairly up to date.

The Registered Nurse#s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, utilization of the nursing process in the provision of care, excellent customer service#and communication skills, flexibility, quality improvement activities and professional growth for the following patient population: # 1.Post-operative cardiothoracic surgical patients that are hemodynamically stable. 2.Surgical patients requiring post-operative cardiac monitoring. 3.Patients with coronary artery disease awaiting open heart surgery. 4.Patients with angina pectoris with and without cardiac interventions. 5.Patients with diagnosis of heart failure requiring cardiac monitoring. 6.Neuro medical requiring cardiac monitoring. 7.Stable ventilator dependent patients. 8.Medical surgical overflow not requiring cardiac monitoring. 9.Patients with concurrent mental health needs.# The Registered Nurse will support the patients and families physical and emotional health. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Minimum:#### Graduate of a Registered Nurse program. Preferred:#### Bachelor Degree in Nursing License, Certification, Registration: Current PA RN license, Healthcare Provider CPR, ACLS completed within one year of hire/transfer. # Experience: Minimum:### Clinical rotation through educational program.
