EXPERT-LEAD PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We exceed national patient safety and quality standards. Our nurse educators are experts in their clinical specialties, and they implement a variety of programs in clinical units, simulation, in the classroom, and e-learning. Programs include: nursing orientation, annual nursing competency sessions, and specialty-specific programs.

SPECIALTY RESIDENCY PROGRAMS

BMC’s Experienced Nurse Transition program was designed for current BMC nurses wanting to transition into a new specialty area. We provide robust programming along with support from preceptors, mentors, and peers.

NEW GRADUATE RN RESIDENCY PROGRAM

Our highly-regarded and competitive RN Residency Program is a pathway to a successful transition for newly licensed nurses. Experiential learning modalities provide opportunities for assimilation and application of clinical theory, as well as concepts to bedside practice.
