The place is massive and they won’t compensate more vs tiny bjc hospitals. so save your body and go work at the smaller ones
Not much teamwork at all. Treat travelers terribly

Not worth it

Nice work environment. We have most of the supplies we need to accomplish work in a timely manner. We only have one tech for a floor of 23 beds. I did not like that the travelers has to pay for parking and take a shuttle to get to  the building. Management draws clear boundaries between travelers and staff. There is room for improvement in the team dynamics.  We should all work toward the same goal;the patient well being.  Staffing in nursing stand point is good. 1/4 most of the time.

Great employees, but supervisor only floats travel nurses throughout the hospital. Would float up to 3-4 different areas in one 12 hour shift. Several nurses quit before their contracts were up.
